It is very well made, beautful pictures, nice writing, and sturdy pages. I have several French Macaron cookbooks and this one quickly became my favorite. It has detailed explanations on necessary tools, ingredients, methods, troubleshooting, and tons of helpful tips. If y||So much inspiration and great pics. But the main reason why I come back to this book every single time im about to make macaroons are the great do's and dont and the chapters about fillings. The turtorials are great and easy to follow. --
