Liana Krissoff has to be one of the strongest (though more low-key) cookbook authors out there right now. Like her last book (Whole Grains), I wasn't sure that I needed another cookbook on a well-covered topic like vegetarian food (I am not a vegetarian). However, just like her Who|About the Author|
